spacious 1900's mansard Victorian. Bright cheerie & centrally located if you're looking for a pad in Cambridge/Somerville. A 10-12minute walk to Harvard Square & close to the Red Line. Great kitchen, living room & /cablewifi. Three bedrooms--one with a European Queen Bed, one double bed & one single. There is one full bathroom w/a large glass shower & a claw foot tub. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is a front porch to sit & sip wine on & a back deck where you can grill & eat out on. I've been living here 12 years--Its tastefully appointed, eclectic finds & a mid century modern touch--absolutely the best equipted kitchen. I've been a chef in Boston & Cambridge for quite some time!

A comfortable daybed just perfect for reading or napping is on the first floor as well as a lovely bedroom with an adjacent half bath and laundry. We love sharing the blessings of life on Lake Holland. A 10 acre, 60 ft deep lake has small bass and sunfish. A free-standing fire pit by lake's edge, 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, private swimming cove, huge deck, cozy propane wood stove in living room. Our home is pretty close next door, separated by an 8 ft tall, 30 ft long screen fence. *See "Other Details to Note" about dogs. Add a queen bed in our tiny house with micro-kitchen for a set fee (it has no bathroom) – also feet from the lake
