The loft over the kitchen has a queen bed with view. Down stairs are 2 bedrooms 1 has a queen bed the other has 2 singles, there is an ensuite and a bathroom plus a toilet on the first floor. Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies.
