The Little Barn has its own entrance and is accessed via the hosts driveway. Upstairs a large exposed beamed room with king size bed (Emma sleep mattress) comfy Sofa, TV, work space table/ chairs and wifi. Downstairs a bathroom with bath (shower over). Lobby with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.

My place is close to Stamford & Burghley House about 10 mins away. Off the A47 close to Wansford and the A1 . Its also close to Peterborough & Corby . 12 mins away. September come & relax. You can walk toFineshade woods and Rockingham Forest & the village of Kingscliffe ,straight from the farm . Lots of room for dogs & a secure garden at the back . The walking, biking is all off road. It has fantastic views and brilliant sunsets. The accommodation is all single story with spacious rooms.

Ketton is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful town of Stamford, or Rutland Water with its stunning views and local Ospreys. Oakham is also a short drive away. There's a Camra award-winning pub a few minutes walk away and plenty of circular walks in the surrounding countryside, from the accommodation or further afield, to work up a thirst.

In the churchyard, neighbouring the award winning and brilliant Railway Inn, this 18th century Ketton stone cottage is a very special place to come and stay with friends and family. We have the Rutland Vineyard, a ten minute drive to both Rutland Water and Burghley House in Stamford, “England’s most attractive town” according to John Betjeman. We have wonderful walks and an incredible food scene: Hambleton Hall, Hitchen’s Barn and The Olive Branch are the best. You’ll love the stone!

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Burghley Park is also very close and within walking distance (10-15 Minutes). Ideally placed for weekend breaks and weddings and for business travellers looking for easy access to transport routes like the A1 yet based close to the beautiful historic Stamford to take advantage of all that it offers.
