Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Villa Sensi

The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!

Η σοφίτα έχει ιδιωτική είσοδο και δεν συνορεύει με άλλο διαμέρισμα, Υπάρχουν 2 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και στο σαλόνι υπάρχει καναπές που γίνετε ένα αρκετα μεγάλο και άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι, Διαθέτει εξοπλισμένη κουζινα, μεγαλη βεράντα με καθιστικό και ιδιωτικό bbq με μαγευτική θεά σε όλο τον κόλπο του Αργοστολίου. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν Wifi καθώς και smart tv για χαλάρωση στο σαλόνι. Υπαρχει καθαριότητα κάθε τρίτη μέρα και το κτηριο διαθετει κλειστο γκαραζ.
