Impresionante apartamento en chalet con jardín a pocos pasos del mar. La casa ofrece finos acabados y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. El jardín se finalizará en breve. Hay tres espacios independientes en la villa. Cada uno tiene su entrada y patio independientes, el jardín se comparte con el resto de la villa. La casa se encuentra a unos pasos del mar, frente a grandes playas con todos los servicios durante el periodo estival.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
