L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato recentemente, molto luminoso e accogliente, gli arredi sono moderni e praticamente nuovi. Situato nella zona residenziale di Montescudaio, tranquilla e silenziosa da dove si possono raggiungere facilmente le più caratteristiche località della toscana: borghi medievali, colline incantevoli e tutte le splendide città storiche(Pisa,Firenze,Siena...)che fanno della Toscana una meta tanto ambita. A soli 20 minuti dal mare. La vostra vacanza sarà indimenticabile!

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.
