A one of a kind farmstead experience, stay in a newly constructed barn on our 350 acre dairy farm. The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese, farmstead cheese made right here on our farm and you have a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our brand new apartments directly above the dairy barn. Come stay with us for a unique experience. Pool, hot tub and fire pit are ready for your stay at this unforgettable escape. A quiet horse farm down a 1 mile gravel drive situated on 25 acres completely surrounded by woods that back up to the Barren River Lake. If you are looking for solitude come enjoy the tranquil surroundings, take in the sights of Kentucky or just enjoy the pool/hot tub. You will come upon our dogs, cats, chickens and horses. We work full time and run the farm.

This beautiful cottage was built in 2020 with the goal of creating a "cabin getaway" from the fast pace of life. The view off the large screened in porch is considered one of the best on Barren River Lake! This home offers three spacious bedrooms and two large baths. It has beautiful white pine walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, granite kitchen counters, and a gas fireplace. There are many large windows for great views of the lake. Lakeview Cottage is family friendly!
