It is located just 5 miles from town and many area attractions. The Cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen Tempur-Pedic , the loft has 2 twin beds and sleeper sofa in the living area. RIVERTOWN COTTAGE is very conveniently located right in the middle of Batesville, Arkansas. WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. White River Health hospital is just across the street should you need that convenience for work or visiting. Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
