The property is a 5-minute drive from the stunning white sandy Liniclate beach and Machair.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and a twin room on the ground floor. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven/hob/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor. The utility room has a washer/dryer. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also a toilet downstairs.
