Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. This is nice apartment in small residential building. It has 2 terraces, one with a nice view over the public garden. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for families. The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. The wifi is great for digital nomads and video calls, 90mbps download, 5mbps upload, tv over 150 channels. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by.
