Washington Suites (Suite 1 - double bed + Suite 2 - two single beds or a kingsize bed) are very popular with guests who need to be in the northern suburbs of Cape Town and guests who need to be close to major high ways. The Suites are located centrally in Cape Town in the quiet, residential, upper lanes of Boston, Bellville. Both Suites are fully equipped for short or longer stays and offer a safe space to spend quality time. There is 1 off-road parking spot available between the two suites.

Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

The suite has a spacious, sepatate living/dining area with full kitchen facility. The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.
