This fully remodeled 1930s bungalow is LESS THAN 10 MINS from the heart of Broadway and downtown Nashville! Abby Gordon designs from floor to ceiling. This is the perfect place for a memorable visit to Nashville. Enjoy a snack on a barstool at the breakfast bar of this welcoming house. The interior space has been restored by Abby Gordon, preserving original features when possible. These include the pocket doors and fireplaces, plus the bead board ceiling. Our Nashville Short Term Rental Permit is 2016 space 07130 This house has been a total labor of love for the last 9 months as we've worked over every inch of the space to restore it to glory! Most of the house is brand new, while leaving original features wherever possible, like the pocket doors and fireplaces as well as the bead board ceiling in the back room. Abby Gordon, known for her simple and elegant style, was commissioned to do all of the interiors and what a job she did! We are confident you will want to extend your visit as soon as you spend a night in this beautiful space. Guest have full access to the house! I fully respect the privacy of my guests, but I'm always a phone call or text away should you need anything. The home sits in a very eclectic part of Nashville in the midst of an up and coming neighborhood. Woodbine is the core of Nashville's ethnic food scene, where Latin American, Ethiopian and Saudi Arabian people and cuisine interminge. Uber and Lyft are everywhere! French Press… we’ve got you covered, coffee lovers! The outside deck overlooks a beautiful treescape view with lots of privacy. Outside electrical plug available for charging a vehicle as well as availability at Lipscomb University across the street. Stock up at Green Hills Mall, perhaps the best in all Nashville, complete with Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Kroger. Also close are gyms and heath centers, plus the famous Bluebird Cafe. Downtown and Broadway venues are an easy 4-mile drive. Space to park in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are great options getting around Nashville, if you don't have a car. You will enjoy taking a jog, run or walk on nearby Belmont Blvd. The apartment has a totally separate entrance.
