Picturesque Lagoon Cabin on Klein River Hermanus

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of bird and marine life at your doorstep. A paddle in our double seated kayak is a must when the tide and weather conditions permit. Paddle a short distance across to the island or to the mouth of the lagoon and enjoy a picnic under one of our sun umbrellas. Have a dip in the mix of the fresh lagoon water and the Atlantic Ocean. Birdsong

This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

You will love the new bathrooms and the modern kitchen which flows into lots of living space. A stones throw to the beach on one side and uninterrupted mountain views from the wooden deck and outside braai on the other side, the feel of the house is just 'beachy'. 100 m walk to the beach and a short stroll to beautiful Bass Lake.
