Luxurious, extremely cozy, spacious, stylishly decorated home in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shops and parks. Come relax and make yourself comfortable! Plenty of peaceful spaces to relax, refresh or work remotely. No contact, Self check in. Amazing floor plan, one level, private backyard with fire pit, patio table and grill. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. THE Oasis has 3 King bedrooms, and a large bunkroom with 2 Twin over King bunks. This home shines over the rest with a pool table in the game room, a Nintendo switch, and a beautiful outdoor kitchen and seating area under a covered pavilion! There are too many perks to count, including a full coffee bar, S&C and Body Wash, and more. Pool and hot tub are available for guest use seasonally from May-October, weather permitting.

Hill Top Bungalow: Safe, Secure, Secluded

The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

The shared space, has a large fridge and a stainless steel sink for your use.

The Tiny House - Cabin with Ponds on 40 Acres

The Tiny House at R&R Retreat is a rustic getaway situated on 40 private acres with 3 ponds (covering a combined 10+ acres!), lots of trails, wildlife, and tons of natural beauty, all conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Sapulpa (and historic Route 66!) and 25 minutes from Tulsa. One of five creative cabins custom-built on the site by our family, the Tiny House provides big relaxation in a one-of-a-kind "tiny" package.

Geodesic Sunset Dome at Three Ponds Community

This cozy geodesic dome has its own private nook overlooking our second pond. Heating and air are a must in Oklahoma and we got you covered so you are comfortable all year long. You also get access to our beautiful outdoor shower and our unique compost toilet for a truly memorable experience. Included in the dome is a mini fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee, along with bowls, utensils, and towels.
