Enjoy scenic walks from the doorstep and a well-stocked local shop. Pets and infants welcome. The local pub is temporarily closed but the Sportsmans Arms is only a 5min drive away. Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Stargazing on the deck to the sound of the river running wild, stick bread & marshmallow toasting on the fire-pit in the shared meadow. Peace & quiet without being totally isolated. Park right outside in the shared carpark.

This lovely detached barn conversion has all the amenities complete with private parking and exclusive garden area. Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes are all within 15/20 mins reach. The nearest beach is also within 20 mins. Dartmoor is 45 mins away with beautiful scenery and fabulous walks. The Granary is ideal as a quiet get-away or a base from which to explore the area.

South Milton/Thurlestone Sands -Self Contained

Littl'un is attached to a modern country home in the South Huish Valley less than 1 mile from the beautiful South Milton Sands. Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. This self contained unit has a double bed and small double sofa bed -suitable for a couple, family with up to 2 small children or 3 friends, with plenty of room for a travel cot. There is ample parking & separate private entrance.

This gorgeous detached converted farm building, arranged in reverse level style and recently beautifully renovated, has its own large garden and heated indoor swimming pool (open daily 9am-7pm) loads of outdoor space and is a perfect location for families and couples looking to explore the South Hams, Dartmoor and South Devon’s best beaches. The cottage adjoins a 5-acre field which guests are welcome to enjoy. Located in the foothills of Dartmoor which is within easy reach.
