Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.

Luxury Mountain Escape @ the Green hut

Enjoy the setting of this romantic Luxury Mountain Escapes on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Our Free range hens, who give our guests eggs in our welcome pack. Look out for Honey the Falabella pony and afew goats.

Keepers House, Castle Leslie Estate

A cut stone period two bed house, recently renovated and formerly the game keepers house, located in the heart of the Castle Leslie Estate. The house sits at the top of a small hill, with views of a lake through the trees that surround the house. Perfect for quiet get aways with friends or the family as well as those visiting for weddings and events at Castle Leslie.

Sunrise Shepard's Hut

A serene Shepard's hut for two nestled in the green countryside 15 minutes outside of Dungannon, Co Tyrone. The hut is located down five steps and a pathway behind our residential house and shed therefore you will have full privacy.
