Cozy Corners, built in 1945, offers approximately 900 sq. ft. You, my guests, are recipients of the wall verses that I put on the walls while I was living there, before I knew the house's future occupation. Due to my personal life style and choices, I do not provide TV, but I am now offering WiFi. Pets (pet fee applies) and children are welcome, but no additional supplies are provided at this time. A Ring doorbell monitors both outside doors. Come enjoy my favorite home town known as mural city.

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room provides abundant natural lighting. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.

The furnishings are Victorian-modern and beautifully accent the high ceilings, tall windows, and lovely wood trim throughout the home. After enjoying the beautiful outdoors, curl up in front of a toasty fire, and watch your 55" Roku Smart TV (be sure to bring your login information for your favorite streaming apps!). The unit retains the building's historical 1907 charm and warmth, with the amenities and comforts we expect in the modern world.

Located just 6 miles south of Owensville, Mo this newly renovated farm house will provide you the countryside escape you have been looking for with no shortage of amenities. This 2 story farm house was originally constructed in 1888 as a multi family boarding house before the Kreter family purchased it in the 1930’s. In 2021 we made the decision to completely restore the house and bring it to its modern day glory.

The just 15 minutes from Jefferson City, and 30 minutes from Hermann, MO.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".
