South County House is a 1500 sq ft two bedroom, 1.5 bath cape built in 1936 that sits on nearly an acre of land, 3/4 of a mile from the ocean in Westerly, RI. It borders preserved forest, and there is a small family farm across the street. The house has been thoughtfully redesigned and renovated with relaxation in mind, and provides an ideal escape from the distractions and noise of modern life. Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
