This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

Whether you just want to take in the river or adventure around the city this is the perfect location. The home is fully stocked for your comfort. No Pets, ALL GUESTS must be 21 or older. We DO NOT rent to locals or family of locals.

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
