A 10 minuti dalla Rocchetta Mattei, 5 minuti da Porretta Terme, di fronte un bellissimo parco con pista d'atletica e percorso vita. Perfetto per una coppia, può ospitare fino a 3 persone. Offre una camera da letto, cucina abitabile, bagno. Parcheggio auto privato all'interno della proprietà. Stazione FS di Silla raggiungibile a piedi.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Gli ingressi sono indipendenti e su lati opposti, per garantire tranquillità e privacy. Ogni appartamento accoglie fino a due persone: un soggiorno immerso nella quiete, per un totale massimo di quattro persone nella struttura. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
