This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

Our Maple Lodge facilitates 2 bedrooms (1 double room & 1 twin room) 2 bathroom (en-suite shower & family bath) sleeps 4. Sunnydene Country Park is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire amongst a mostly rural open area that broadly follows the northern bank of the River Humber. It is located approximately 12 miles west of the city of Hull, and close to the towns and villages of Brough, South Cave and Elloughton. The area retains its strong heritage and extensive historical connections.

A cosy modern retreat in the heart of Little Weighton village. A private one bedroom studio created from a recent garage conversion with your own entrance and parking in front. Inside you’ll find a kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer and essential utensils. Please note, no oven or hob present. Our beautiful period cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Welton, East Yorkshire. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.

The Tack Room - North Ferriby

The Tack Room is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

A beautiful tearoom is nearby along with a 5 minute walk to the local shop. After a days exploring East Yorkshire horseshoe hosts a fabulous secluded hot tub . Please note this is a no smoking property Dogs not acceptable
