Beautiful House on Ten Mile Creek

Soak up the solitude by sitting next to the river in the yard of this restful retreat. Indoors, there’s a fully fitted chef’s kitchen with attractive wooden cabinetry and cozy, stone-clad fireplace in the living room. Includes an alfresco hot tub. We are excited to welcome you to the River House on 10 Mile Creek and hope to accommodate your needs and make your stay memorable. It has been described as a restful retreat by many of our guests and we hope you find that to be true as well. We have rebuilt the back decks, added a hot tub and remodeled the basement bathroom in October, 2017. You will have access to the whole house, hot tub, 2 decks along the river, 2 car garage, and the yard with seating on the river. Send a text and I will get back with you as soon as possible. This neighborhood is quiet, clean, friendly and safe. There is hardly any traffic because the house is situated in a cul-de-sac. There are more bikes and pedestrians than cars on this street. Great restaurants can be found down Main Street. Public transit is easily available and there is a free ski shuttle to Copper Mountain 3 blocks from our house. We broke down and put a TV in all three bedrooms, so there are 4 TVs total. But do go outside!! A hot tub was installed in October of 2017, and the decks were rebuilt. We also remodeled the basement bathroom so that all the bathrooms are now in tip top shape.

Summit Suite at Beaver Run Resort!

The Summit Suites have an open, studio-style floor plan and are located in Building 4. They will comfortably accommodate two to four people using a queen bed and pull-out sofa sleeper. Nearly 620 square feet, This newly remodeled studio encompasses a larger living and dining area, fireplace and efficiency kitchen with small sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, two burner stove, microwave, and coffee-maker. This room type also features a private balcony. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

This Silverthorne townhouse sleeps up to 10 across two king suites, a bunk room, and a queen room, plus a loft game room and private hot tub with mountain views. Minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, A-Basin, and Loveland, with hiking, biking, boating on Lake Dillon, and the Blue River outlet stores nearby. A well-stocked kitchen makes this an easy home base for two families sharing a trip.
