Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

It comes with a bike cleaning station, private locked bike storage, E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), EV car charging at 115V/20A, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The house is on a large lot with off street parking, close to the MTB trails, and all Crosby has to offer! Enjoy your days end with a bonfire or relax inside with the Smart TV/WIFI. There is a firepit but guests are asked to supply their own wood. Also, if you plan to grill during your stay, please provide your own charcoal.

The private house is accessible by a half-mile gravel road. The property provides a shallow beach (not sandy), private dock and canoe . There is a public access landing on the lake and hiking trails nearby. Lake-side there is a firepit, grill, and picnic table for barbecues and camp fires.
