Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. Enjoy this private and stylish 1 bedroom home which boast a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The entire home was remodeled in late 2021. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

If you're looking to spend the weekend or even a week at our little oasis around Buffalo Springs Lake - then we have your space! Fishing, swimming, boating and all sorts of water activities. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. The lake marina offers water toy rentals and golfcart rentals. Gate fees do apply. See buffalospringslake.net for current gate fees.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

Buffalo Springs Lake is located 5 miles east of Lubbock, Tx and is a gated lake with a marina for launching boats or jet skis. It has a restaurant and often has events occurring during the weekends.
