Our beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning. A bathroom and an open kitchen, this gives this holiday apartment a beautiful view of the living room and therefore of the beautiful Mediterranean! The next highlight is the large open balcony with a breathtaking view of the area's most famous sandy beach, "La Mata".

Een verblijf in deze accommodatie vergeet je niet snel door de prachtige zeezichten en zicht op de “Torre del Moro” vanop het terras en het privé-solarium. Ganse dag is het zonnetje er voor je! Dit gezellige appartement met 2 slaapkamers ligt dichtbij het mooie La Mata zandstrand, calas, restaurants en supermarkten en maar enkele min rijden van het bruisende Torrevieja. Er is een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad én gratis parkeren in de straten rondom.

You’ll love our apartment for it's bright, welcoming environment. We want you to feel at home! It is completely renovated with a love for the arts. Our apartment is only 400 mts from the La Mata beach. Nice communal swimming pool is open all year round (in winter like sunbathing and relaxing area). Summer 2020 the swimming pool is closed. There are many restaurants and bars in the nearest neighbourhood, supermarket 24/7, a bus stop and a taxi stop.
