Porto Colom und Felanitx sind nah. Zwei Terrassen für gemeinsame Abende und Sonnenuntergänge. Swim-Spa und Sonnendeck im Außenbereich von der Terrasse über eine Treppe zugänglich. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt, nette Restaurants, Cafés, Fahrradverleih und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie können in diesem Ferienhaus ohne Auto übernachten. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die schönen Strandbuchten Cala Selena und Cala Ferrera sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Yachthafen von Cala d’Or ca 10 Min. Autofahrt bzw 1/2h zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Fußgängerzone von Cala d’Or befinden sich Restaurants, Boutiquen und Souveniershops.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
