Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Located on a tree-lined street nestled between Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo, this 120-year-old former candy store; attached to the main house, is steps away from the train station, public transit, Google, Grand River Hospital, and the bike friendly Spur Line trail. Short walk to grocery store, the LCBO, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and brew pubs. Parking space, private washroom, and private entrance on street level, make this unique, light-filled studio a cut above.

Professionally designed guest suite with open concept layout. The guest suite located on the lower level of our home has a comfortable living space to welcome you and provide an enjoyable and relaxing "Home-Away-from-Home" stay. We live on the main level of the house. Access to the suite is through the shared entrance on the main level of our house. Our property is within walking distance to the "RARE" nature reserve and hiking trails overlooking the beautiful Grand River.

Welcome to Speed Island Trail! Nestled on 1 Acre property in a forested area that backs onto the Speed River. Enjoy Beautiful views all season long with large floor to ceiling windows and wildlife right outside your door. It is just like being out at the cottage. This beautiful one bedroom house is beautifully decorated, has a large kitchen and a breakfast bar. Enjoy the large sunroom and deck where you can sit back and relax.
