Strepitoso appartamento a Punta Est composto di 4 camere da letto, cucina, soggiorno, 3 bagni e ampia terrazza con imprendibile vista mare e dotato di tutti i confort: Aria Condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, asciugacapelli e piscina condominiale. Sono presenti 2 bar, 3 ristoranti e mini-market alimentare. Si può scendere al mare (spiaggia Capo Coda Cavallo) direttamente dal villaggio da una scalinata. Per chi preferirà recarsi al mare in auto, la spiaggia è dotato di ampio parcheggio.

In prima fila vista mare, l'appartamento al piano terra è dotato di patio per pranzare all'esterno, sdraio per prendere il sole in giardino e doccia per rinfrescarsi all'aperto. L'interno è composto da cucina con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello e bagno con doccia; recentemente ristrutturato con arredo di pregio, dispone di climatizzatore, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. A pochi passi si è serviti da vari esercizi commerciali e ovviamente, da incantevoli spiagge.

Olbia, natura e spiagge libere, 80 mt. dal mare

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni). Dai un’occhiata su Google Earth in 3D per scoprire il piccolo Paradiso che ti aspetta: 40°53'13"N 9°37'32"E.
