Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

We have converted a 17th century farmhouse into a beautiful villa (10 sleeps) and two smaller apartments (4+4 sleeps). The villa and the 2 apartments are surrounded by a large estate which has acres of splendid hazelnuts, immersed in the greenery, yet not far from Rome and Viterbo. Guests have access to a big private swimming pool (6mt x 12mt) and furnished outdoor spaces The structure can be rented only in its entirety and, during the stay, it is for exclusive use.
