This spacious upper-floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 10 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a King bed in each bedroom and the third with 2 Queen beds, each of them with their own ensuite bathroom, in total 3 1/2 bathrooms, also a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room.

We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. It's all about the view at our condo directly overlooking a beautiful, wide section of Cocoa Beach. There are expansive beach views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This two bedroom, two bath condo is fully stocked for your stay. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub. Inside the condo, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is setup with two full beds. The master bath is en suite with a shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
