New private barn apartment on a parklike working horse farm 6 miles from Dripping Springs, TX, gateway to the Hill Country. Covered deck overlooks a picturesque riding arena, surrounded by huge oak trees and hill country views. Modern amenities include WiFi, full kitchen, equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker; lovely bathroom with walk-in, frameless-door shower. The queen bed with luxurious bedding and sofa bed will sleep a total of 4 people. Free parking.

The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Airbnb. We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.

Our quarter log cabin is nestled on 10 acres. It sits on a western facing hillside overlooking the Fischer valley. Its a great place to get away from the city and crowds! Its location is very quiet and secluded. Go for a walk down the hiking trails where you may see deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, roadrunners, rabbits, grey foxes, lizards, butterflies.... Relax with your favorite beverage on the covered front porch where you can see amazing sunsets and the stars at night.

Looking for a home base for an Aggie Game Weekend or a quick getaway? Ben’s Dairy Barn is the perfect spot! Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.

This riverbank area is shared with other guests . We have a canoe, kayaks, picnic tables and BBQ pits for you to enjoy under the shaded pecan and oak trees. We are private, yet close enough for UberEats deliveries!
