Enjoy and lake front activities as well as the indoor activities and have fun no matter what the weather brings! The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. Please note that there is one queen bed. I can add a cot for a third person. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock, really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
