The Shirttail Bunkhouse is located on Shirttail Creek Farm, a working regenerative farm outside of Brenham, TX. We are a commercial producer of Grassfed Beef, Pastured Eggs, Pork and Chicken! The Shirttail Bunkhouse is the perfect spot to get away from the city and decompress in the country. Sip your morning coffee from the porch as the farm gets going every day. In the evening grill some steaks out back or head into downtown Brenham to check out several of the great spots our town offers!

We renovated our office space on the second floor of our Honey House to make a memorable one of a kind vacation stay on our farm.
