This 90m² gem includes a terrace with BBQ, private parking, and is just a 5-minute walk from the city center (train station). Cosy living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pantry, and guest toilet. Upstairs offers two bedrooms: one with double bed & single bed, small desk and wardrobe and another room with 2 single beds. Quality bedding. Large bathroom with a washer/dryer.

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.
