Private Spring Fed Reservoir w/paddle boat

Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Paddle boat, 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks included

Modern, brand new a-frame cabin on the river. Overlooks the peaceful Illinois river. Watch the floaters go by from the comfort of your deck. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Seeking a quiet spot to kick up your feet, but a short drive to Mid America Industrial Park? Passion for pastries and delicious foods, down the road is Chouteau's Dutch Pantry, Amish Cheese House, and Nettie Ann's Bakery (personal favorite). Need a break from work, 15-20 minutes to Lake Hudson or Fort Lake Gibson or stay in town for some antiquing. Enjoy a quite 2 bed apartment adjacent to the quaint Mid America RV Park where you might be lucky enough to see or hear the local peacocks.

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

The suite is on the west end of the main home with it's own entrance and is closed off from the main house for your privacy.

It is walking distance from two of Chouteau's famous restaurants, the Dutch Pantry and Amish Cheese House. Nettie Ann's Bakery is right next to the Amish Cheese House. There is a garage to park your vehicle inside, the second garage is available if you let us know ahead of time."
