The accommodation is located in the historic center, in a very quiet neighborhood. Double bedroom, a single one, and a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum of 5 guests.The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and utensils. TV in each bedroom and the living room. Bed linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available.A washer/dryer is available.A small outdoor garden and a terrace with a splendid panoramic view are also available. The cottage is near the Ex Campo della Fiera public parking lot.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento. Viene fornita la colazione in modalità self-service così da usufruirne in piena autonomia. This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

The house is a fully restored 14th century palazzo with impeccable design, connected to underground caves, etruscan thombs and a Roman water cistern. The house and its surrounding and views are very special and it is a very unique experience to stay here!
