Access to the 45th parallel is a short drive or 20-minute walk away. 7 minutes drive to Cromwell township, 35 minutes to Wanaka lakefront and 50 minutes to Queenstown airport. Our cottage is self-contained and on the same section as our home.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Caledonia is a Modern Air B and B, built in 2022. It is a stylish self contained one bedroom cabin. It is located on a private two Acre property sourrounded by Orchards and our private garden. Located in the heart of Earnscleugh where the wineries produced some of the Central Otago best known Pinot Noir! Numerous bike trails and walking tracks are located from Earnscleugh, including four great rides - in close proximity. There is something suitable for any level of fitness!
