This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. This is a private unit with private entrance and HVAC controls. There is a full flight of stairs leading to the balcony entrance. The balcony is shared with the adjacent unit. Please note there is adjacent unit and you may hear noises from the guests next door. For this reason we do not allow children.

We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
