We provide a high standard of accommodation perfect for families, with a King-size bed in one room and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Relax in the cosy and modern living area with fast WiFi. Those who are staying in the Coach House are welcome to have a swim in our heated pool each day (mid May - mid Sept)

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
