After a day of flotation fun you can grill riverside and enjoy a quiet evening in the hot tub. Walking distance to the downtown square and Wurstfest. We are in the middle of everything

Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.
