Please come and relax at our little lake house. Nestled at the end of a dead end on one of CT’s cleanest lakes, Columbia Lake. Purchased in the summer of 2024; the entirety of the home has been professionally renovated. A quick 15 minute drive to both UCONN and Eastern, the property is both secluded, but not too far from the beaten path. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a beautiful river on property where you can swim safely, fish and float down. Only 2-3 feet deep so fun for kids. Fire pit, lighted gazebo and lots of wildlife-nothing better than waking up to see deer in the orchard, hear the peeper frogs at night or watch birds making their nests. There is a shelter near the river with a campfire to enjoy. Located at the end of dead end road so safe for kids to play or ride bikes.
