The accommodation is situated at the front of the main house and is attached to the main house with guest private driveway and entry. Very private and no interaction with the hosts Unless requested.

Hanaby Hideaway - a special place to unwind.

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

Studio Metta Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Our cottages are spread out over a treelined 3 hectare block. We are surrounded by farms and native bushland yet only 10 minutes drive from Margaret River and the regions wineries. Jewel cottage is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway. The bathroom contains a large spa bath and the cottage is fully equipped for self catering. Enjoy the peaceful evenings on the verandah watching the birds or get out and sample the amazing south west beaches, wineries, local produce and stunning landscape.

Jersey Queen Guesthouse (2:00pm late checkout)

Jersey Queen is a 2-bed duplex guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a child and a dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
