Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

A gorgeous, spacious and secluded retreat with a fabulous swimming/skating pond and two wood-burning stoves surrounded by 135 acres of meadow and hiking trails, and a short jaunt to miles of untouched wilderness. This 160-year-old farmhouse is super cozy in winter and can easily accommodate large groups but offers plenty of privacy. Victorian Haven

Victorian Haven is located near the Shawangunk Mountains that extends for over 20 miles and reaches 2,200 feet in height at Sam's point, the highest elevation on the ridge. In addition, the Wallkill River provides unspoiled and picturesque spots for hiking, fishing and/or picnics. Gardiner has a beautiful rail trail that follows the path of the 1860's railroad and provides a great opportunity to hike, bike or ski.
