The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

A charming and spacious two-bedroom Victorian terraced house in Cromer. The king-size and twin beds are solid oak and we offer a sofa-bed, 2 single airbeds, a travel cot and highchair. Each floor has a bathroom, including a bath and ground floor walk in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen includes range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a smart TV, WiFi and Netflix, a separate dining room, pretty garden room and private garden with tiled area and outdoor furniture.
