Studio apt in Historic area of Lakeland

This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

Eclectic On The Alley

1925 Historic Downstairs Garage Apartment in the highly desired Dixieland District, that has antiquing, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and more...all within walking distance! Within a block from either side of the house is Reececliffe Diner and Patio 850, that's a restaurant and wine bar. It’s a lovely five minute walk to Lake Morton, home of the swans, from which our nickname “Swan City” hails. You can easily walk to downtown, which is a total of one mile from the house.

Beacon Bungalow

The Beacon Bungalow is equal distance to Florida Southern College, Lake Side Village, and the down town area making it an ideal location. The entrance and parking are located on the right hand side of the house. Inside you will find a queen bed, living space with a 55 inch T.V, microwave, keurig, refrigerator, and bathroom, the bathroom is small but efficient . My husband and I live in the main portion of the building. You have complete privacy from the main house!

Craftsman style bungalow on quiet, cobblestone streets in a beautiful Historic District. Enjoy the neighborhood park, sip a latte at the Hillcrest Coffee Shop, enjoy the birds and wildlife of Lake Hunter or take a short walk to downtown Lakeland with it's many wonderful restaurants, entertainment venues and more beautiful lakes. The RP Funding Center is a 10 minute walk away and the location also provides easy access to I-4 for trips to Tampa or Orlando.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. This cottage is locate near to Lake Parker, if you are someone who love fishing notice that you can go walking from our place to Lake Parker East Side Fishing Pier. Also is just a short drive from Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Bush Gardens and the gulf beaches of Tampa Bay, and Lego Land. This central location is the perfect base from which to explore Lakeland and all Central Florida has to offer.

The Funky Swan Shack by Lake Morton & Downtown

Enjoy every pop of color in our Vintage Florida Cottage located in the Lake Morton Historic District and just a short walk to Lake Morton, Lake Hollingsworth, and Florida Southern College. This home is just one mile from Downtown Lakeland, Dixieland Historic District, and all of Lakeland’s top restaurants and bars; and is in an absolutely perfect location for exploring all of Lakeland, Tampa, Orlando, Disney World, and Florida beaches.

This 1920’s 1 bedroom 1 bath lakefront historic cottage is separate from the main house with its own entrance, parking, front porch & beach. The queen bed and large couch sleeps 3 adults. Only 1 mile from Southeastern University and 3 miles to Florida Southern College. Kayaks, pedal boat, and fishing poles and tackle are provided for your enjoyment. Come unwind and enjoy the lake views from the hammock and private beach!
