Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Saarschleife mit dem Baumwipfelpfad. Von hier sind zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten und auch Fahrradausflüge an der Saar oder auch der Mosel entlang zu empfehlen. Die Hausbesitzer bewohnen das Erdgeschoss des Hauses.

Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
