Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

It hosts a huge deck in the backyard and a comfortable front deck both with unplugging and unwinding in mind. The house has plenty of front and backyard that allow you to feel the country and be immersed in Texas sun and shade. Great for work crews Plenty of parking, desks, workspaces, near HWY288
