Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.
