Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that I purchased and lovingly renovated with a small team of local craftspeople. This space is a 1 bed, 1 bath with much of its original character preserved! Located in the heart of bustling Midtown just one block from 20+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more! The space is designed with leisure stays in mind but also capable of accommodating business travelers comfortably. Just opened in 2023, Coffee + Cocktails downstairs! Open: 8AM-11PM!

Exposed walls & ceiling beams, Moroccan rugs, 1970s weavings and mid century furniture make it a chic oasis in a bustling city.

Welcome to historic tree-lined Woodbridge, one of Detroit’s vibrant gems! The Victorian home, built in 1908, has been well cared for, meticulously renovated, and aged gracefully. This garden-level private studio is a modern addition to the home. Within walking/ scooter distance are Wayne State University, Woodbridge Pub, Midtown Detroit, and Motor City Casino. Downtown Detroit and Corktown are within 7 minutes by car and Uber/Lyft. Woodbridge is conveniently accessible to most major freeways.

Historic carriage house with gated parking & patio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

This wonderful 1 bedroom unit is located just minutes from Wayne State University and all the amazing events, activities, restaurants and bars that the City of Detroit has to offer! You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

Our full kitchen is stocked with essentials. A dining table can accommodate work or meals. The bedroom has a gorgeous view to historic Michigan Central Train Depot.
