Ons appartement ligt in het centrum van Deurningen. Het is onderdeel van een gebouw met meerdere appartementen. Vroeger was dit gebouw een Bakkerij met winkel en woonhuis waarnaar het nu is vernoemd. Het appartement is nieuw en volledig duurzaam ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het appartement is gesitueerd op de 1e en 2e verdieping. Het woonoppervlak is 65m2. Op de tweede verdieping is een loggia waar je fijn buiten kan zitten en genieten van de avondzon. Op verzoek is ontbijt mogelijk.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

B&B Natuurlijk Enschede

Geniet van de rust in onze stijlvolle B&B. Binnen enkele minuten sta je in hartje centrum Enschede. Ideaal om wandelend of op de fiets de stad en omgeving te verkennen. Een garage is aanwezig om eventuele (elektrische) fietsen veilig te kunnen stallen. Optioneel is er een ontbijtmand bij te bestellen (€25 euro) die we dan klaar zetten om zelf op een te kiezen tijdstip klaar te maken en te gebruiken. Handdoeken/keukendoeken zijn aanwezig.

Mooie bovenverdieping, gelegen in het buitengebied

In deze bovenetage, die naast een slaapkamer volledig voorzien is van een badkamer/toilet, een keuken, wasmachine en een "woonkamer" is het lekker verblijven. De bovenverdieping ligt centraal tussen Hengelo en Enschede en er is een bushalte op loopafstand. De locatie ligt dichtbij de Universiteit Twente (UT) Ook loop je vanuit deze locatie zo het natuurgebied "het kristalbad" in en kun je mooie routes wandelen en fietsen.
